I first trained in sports and remedial massage at the Wellington School of Massage. I continuously update my education and have since trained in many bodywork techniques and completed a 400-hour yoga teacher training (Dip yoga) at Wellpark College. I am a qualified aromatherapist and am a student of Zero Balancing. I am fascinated by the human body and how it processes sensation and pain.
